Triticale consists of a dark colour, texture and is full of flavour. Recently this product has been recognised as a good source of phosphorus and magnesium.
Rolled Triticale is traditionally cleaned triticale grains, that have been steamed and rolled into flakes under heavy rollers.
Machine Dressed Triticale is traditionally triticale grains which are cleaned to remove fine contaminants that are not removed during harvest.
