Rolled Spelt is traditionally dehulled Spelt grains. That have then been steamed to deactivate the enzymes contained within the kernel. Following this they are then rolled into flat flakes under heavy rollers.
Rolled Spelt generally has a golden brown appearance finished with a textured pattern.
